Tailored Psychiatry Research for Stakeholders

Rigorous design and strategic planning are essential in psychiatry research. Our organization designs clinical studies that balance the needs of patients, clinicians and regulators at every stage of the research process.

A Multidisciplinary Team That Covers All Angles

We cultivate close working relationships with key clinical leaders and maintain a broad, global network of clinicians to improve participant engagement and data quality. With experience spanning all phases of clinical development, our team has led more than 50 psychiatry studies involving over 7,000 participants worldwide. This depth of experience allows us to design studies that speak to all stakeholders and to navigate complex regulatory and patient‑centric requirements.

  • Our focus has always been to improve psychiatric and neurologic health. Over the years, we have contributed meaningfully to the field and remain dedicated to setting new standards in psychiatric research.

  • Rater Training and Scale Management: As one of the few full‑service CROs offering integrated rater training, scale management and electronic clinical outcome assessment (eCOA/ePRO) support, we have trained over a thousand raters and provided data surveillance for Phase I–IV trials. This reduces variability and minimizes placebo effects.

  • Our founders and staff have shaped trial methodologies in depression and psychiatric indications for more than three decades, giving us unmatched insight into the complexities of psychiatric studies and the ability to mitigate risks. We have experience with rTMS, fMRI, EEG and DDT imaging trials, with over 100 participants enrolled across our neuroimaging trials.

  • Psychiatric diseases are heterogeneous and lack clear biomarkers. Therefore, selecting sites is critical. We maintain a carefully cultivated network of qualified psychiatric sites with extensive trial experience, all led by experienced PIs.

  • We have worked on conditions ranging from major depressive disorder to acutely psychotic schizophrenia. We have handled compounds such as psychedelics, GLP-1s, stimulants, reuptake inhibitors, neurotoxin proteins, atypical antipsychotics and long‑acting injectables.
